House CM is located in Beit Meri, a village close to Beirut. It stands on a sloped, surrounded by pine and fruit trees. On the West, the building overlooks the Mediterranean, on the East, it faces the Sanin Mountain.


The design for the building proposes a solid shell that follows the slope of the garden. Its scattered openings provide specific views on the landscape from all sides. The garden terraces appear to be stepped up inside the house and form open galleries. This allows the resident to experience the entire volume of the building as a continuation of the landscape.
