The proposed design concept intends to respond to the needs and spirit of the young firm in the field of high-tech motion industries. Following an efficient grid, the structure spans over the manufacturing and storage areas with a central passage. Large openings in the roof distribute daylight evenly into the hall. On the first floor, the administration protrudes out of the hall, marking the entrance of the building. The design intention is to let the architecture itself articulate the different functions and processes of the high-tech firm.
